Introduction to the Higher Institute of Management

The Higher Institute of Management in Ouargla (ISGO) is a management training and consulting center.

Established in 1998, I.S.G.O.’s activities primarily focused on professional training, stemming from specific needs in the management of public and private companies.

The institution has rapidly developed, and its activities have expanded to include studies, advice, and assistance in management and communication.

ISGO currently has a large network of senior consultants with extensive experience in all corporate functions and in many sectors of the national economy and administration.

In general, ISGO develops the following two complementary activities:

Business studies, advice, and assistance

Implementation of diagnostics and action plans (recovery plans, strategic plans, etc.)

Assistance in implementing action plans and recommendations resulting from diagnostics

Investment project studies and implementation monitoring

Training activities

At the customer’s request, ISGO develops specific training procedures. In general, these procedures naturally accompany diagnostic and consulting tasks.

It also develops an annual technical improvement training program for individual and group managers (behavioral management), and an upgrade training program on changes in systems and the economic environment.
